食材
- 1大洋葱,切碎

- 2 汤匙橄榄油
- 1中等大小的南瓜(净重约850克/1磅14盎司),去籽并大致切块
- 11个中等大小的粉质土豆,如马里斯派珀(Maris Piper),粗略切块
- 11升/1¾品脱蔬菜或鸡肉高汤,可能需要额外一点
- 1100毫升/3½液体盎司 双倍奶油
- 3 汤匙南瓜子
- 1盐和现磨黑胡椒

同时,在平底锅中用中火加热剩余的一汤匙油。加入南瓜籽,快速翻炒至南瓜籽开始爆裂。从锅中取出。
将汤盛入碗中,淋上奶油,撒上烤南瓜籽即可食用。
