(optional, often added in homemade versions) Mayonnaise - 150 g Hard cheese - 150 g (grated) Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. (for greasing the mold) 🔪 Preparation Meat. Cut the meat into portioned pieces about 1–1.5 cm thick. Lightly pound with a mallet. Salt and pepper. Onion and potato. Slice the onion into half-rings.
