Pizza Margherita - in 30 minutes ✅ Ingredients (for 1 pizza) Test — 250 g (store-bought or homemade) San Marzano tomatoes — 4 tbsp (mash with a fork) Fresh mozzarella — 150 g (torn by hand) Fresh basil — 6–8 leaves Olive oil — 1 tbsp. Salt — a pinch 🚫 No garlic, oregano, sugar - only 4 ingredients + basil. 🔪 How to make Preheat the oven to the maximum (250–270°C). If you have a stone/pan, put it inside for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thin (up to 30 cm) - edges are slightly thicker. Place on a baking sheet or parchment paper . Distribute the tomatoes evenly — no more than 4 tbsp. Lay out the mozzarella pieces — do not overload. Drizzle with olive oil , salt it. Bake 8–12 min , until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling. Immediately after taking it out of the oven — lay out the basil. ✅ Done. Serve hot. 💡 Secret : Basil — only after baking . Otherwise it turns black. 🍕 Taste: fresh, simple, incredibly aromatic. This is not pizza - it's Italy on dough.
