Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados 1 small onion, finely chopped 1–2 tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 jalapeño or chili pepper, finely chopped (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced Juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
